This game tired many thumbs from my generation. I remember renting this from Blockbuster repeatedly. Thag was my go-to caveman for most events. I learned about angle and velocity from the matetoss. I also learned how sharp the D-pad was on an NES controller from it too. I think I still have callouses from this game. Clubbing was the least button intensive of the games. It was as intense as Mortal Kombat complete with stage fatalities. Very brutal. This game earns a 5/5 stars for pure nostalgia and memories of simpler times when we ignored instruction manuals and fed our cavepeople to dinosaurs because of it.
