Very poor, underwhelming and certainly not worth the money. The exhibition lacks so much in terms of what is on display, for an exhibition that's a 100 year anniversary, it's bare and disappointing. There's just a series of screens and reproductions of drawings (no originals), the Disney "look and feel" that you would come to expect from other Disney events is completely missing from this. What's worse is the queuing system was so shambolic, to have a specific time slot and still be made to wait for over half an hour outside is not acceptable and I can only feel sorry for thode with mobility problems, it's just not good enough. The staff were not particularly friendly either and seemed none the wiser as to how to manage the queues, they didn't seem to know what a VIP ticket was! I don't know about other countries but here in the UK we have rolled over and accepted a culture of inefficiency and incompetence. There's also a green screen which people are almost forced into taking pictures in front of which holds up the queue unnecessarily. If people want fake pictures then have the screen separate and somewhere else, it's worse given the fact that those pictures will cost an extortionate amount of money for something that looks tacky and cheap. Considering that the Excel Centre is the venue, the exhibition could have been so much bigger and what's with the dark, dingy areas too? All in all, it is a waste of time and money, you will be disappointed. It's an example of how not to do an exhibition.
