''ATOMIC HABITS'' it is what it say's it is.
This book is such a good read, While i was trying to start making new habbit's when reading this book it really really helped me.
It's very interesting and i learned alot of new thing's that i never knew when reading this book.
It explain's how habbit's are formed and why we make then, the differnt type of way's you can make a habbit and how to stick to it.
It is a really realatiable book and it is motivating to be a better person. If you are trying to make a new habbit there will be plenty of difffernt options to help you create better habbit's for a better life when reading this book.
This is my 2nd book that i have finished so far : it took me under 3 weeks to finish it!
the first book i read was ''the power of now'', it took me over 1 year to finish (it's also a really good book)!
