Season 1, 10 star, Seadon 2, 8 star Season 3, 6 stars. But even season 3 is better than most. I am glad in Season 3, they gave them each a love interest. I am in the "I love Steve & Marty" Team. Entertaining funny. They make Steve & Marty their real age, do not pretend they are younger. Season 3, the musical, great costumes, real songs that could be in a Broadway musical, Meryl can sing. Expect to see an extended version on Broadway for real. Fans of the show will go. Season 1, suspect the real Sting is a serial killer. Steve in the white room.

A quiet movie, Had a certain calmness. I wouldnt call it funny. If you want background noise while you do chores, and look at the scenery, it is OK. Everyone loses their parents to death. I dislike Susan Sarandon, post Rocky Horror & these last 8 years. So hearing her voice, I didnt like it. I thought they'd do something with the thread about the lost love. Too obvoius? But it was dropped so made the whole exchange pointless. He kept going off & leaving the dog. In the cabin? And what was the point of J.K. Simmons. Did I fall asleep & miss it. If he hadn't done the list to inherit the cabin, who would know as there were no checks. Her painting was suitably amaturish & primative in a childish, uncharming way. OK, flower child ran off to join a cult and abandoned her 12 y.o. son. He never forgave her. Understandable. This cabin is a great house, edge of Yosemite? Where is it suppoaed to be, Yosemite is public lands. The sceney is breath taking. If there was a reasonable town nearby with at least a movie theatre & cafe, local pub, and how far from a museum & concert venue, maybe a local theatre, I could live there.

I am not sure about the show yet. But Sussex is an area favored by artist living in seaside towns. 2 hours south of London said to be 1 of 2 richest area outside London. Which surprised me. Because they show rows of attached houses, council flats, cement no trees, very industrial looking & gray. Light only at front & back. No one on the street, no cars, no kids playing. Looks grim. I think it would be depressing. Maybe there's joy inside. From other shows, these older flats often have outside toilets in back. Sometimes shared. I guess "working class".
