WHEN WILL PEOPLE EVER SHUT UP ABOUT THE INSIDE OUT FRANCHISE?! IT'S NOT AS GOOD AS PEOPLE THINK IT IS!! IT'S ALL TRASH, FAKE! IF I COULD SPEAK TO THE CREATOR OF THIS MOVIE RIGHT NOW, I WOULD TELL HIM OR HER, "YOU'RE HARD WORK ON THIS MOVIE SUCKS, IS STUPID, DUMB, DISCUSTING, IS UNAPPRECIATED, ETC. ETCETERA, ALL OF THE ABOVE!" I GIVE THIS MOVIE A THUMBS DOWN! WHERE'D THE CRATORS EVEN GET THE IDEA 💡 FOR SUCH A FRANCHISE ANYWAY??!! IT'S RIDICULOUS AS WELL AS CHILDISH!! WHOEVER THE CREATORS OF THIS MOVIE ARE, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU'LL EVER READ THIS, BUT IF YOU EVER DO, I HAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE FOR YOU AND IT'S "WRITE BETTER MOVIES!!!!" KIDS TODAY, ESPECIALLY TEENAGERS DON'T WANT TO SEE A MOVIE ABOUT A PERSON WHO STRUGGLES WITH FEELINGS OF WORTHLESSNESS THROUGH THEIR TEEN YEARS AND IS ON THE VERGE OF COMMING SUICIDE!! I HAVE 7 WORDS FOR THE WRITERS AND THOSE WORDS ARE, "TAKE THIS MOVIE OFF THE AIR IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!" WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??!! GOD, I WONDER WHAT GOT YOU INTO THE FILM MAKING BUSINESS!!!! GOODBYE!! 😡

What are my lessons learned from this TV series? It's that by staying physically and emotionally active and laughing out loud and being the happiest you can be as a person, staying away from saturated fat foods, you CAN get as many years of longevity as possible 💖 and who knows you could live to be PAST 100 years old! 😃 And you can be a rock 🪨 for someone struggling to stay physically healthy ✨️ 😌 🎶 too! Because I'll tell you what while junk food is good and those food colorings they put in junk food to make them look more ATTRACTIVE and those unessiscarly added sugars that are in the foods to make them taste good are good at the end of the day they're not really good for anyone they're just giving you an increased risk for high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure which will get your heart rate spedding faster than it can pump blood to the brain which if left alone and not giving the proper attention can lead to stroke, heart attack, or death and we don't want our bodies working off medications we want our bodies working the way they were created to operate! We want to get as many GOOD years out of our bodies as possible and it's true we don't get a 100% complete say over what our life looks like in terms of our physical and emotional health but it's up to us on weather we get at least half a say or not. I mean... Dan Buetter has spent the last 20 years traveling the world 🌎 to find the key to longevity, and no one has actually stopped for at least 1 second to ask, "Why?". If there's one thing I've learned it's that We can't demand that people step up and we don't meet them half way, You control the pharmacys, you spend ENDLESS amounts of money on medical care for you and your family members, you spend 8 hours a day 5 days a week looking at cancer cells through microscopes but the question is... Who's in the room with you when you're making life changing decisions? Is it the people you're gonna inpact, good👍or bad? 👎Or is it more people who are just like you! 🫵 Doctors have spent all their lives trying to help people just like me & and you, they don't want to see you in pain, a doctor is your friend until the end! And AGAIN, has anyone stopped to at least say thank you to these people? NO! We have to do better, guys we have to step up, because if we don't these corporate tycoons who are money hungry 🤑 and not out to help people like they should be will step up for us and we don't want to see their abilities! People believed in Dan's cause so much that they spent endless money on his DVD's, tapes, and books. Why do you think that is? Look... you people have just as much authority over you and your loved ones as an insame person who thinks he or she is exempt from SERIOUS health issues all right?
