Dr Phil I am watching episode and Tyler being abused by cops. I just need to say it's just not a race thing. I was a 65 year old Baptist grandma. I was driving and had a funny feeling so I tried to pull in a drive way but didn't make it and hit a tree. In 2009 I had a grand mal seizure and was put on meds. No more seizures until 2016 when I lost 3 kids in sep car accidents. Stress caused my 2nd seizure. I told cop I had seizure. He said no you are dwi. I told I don't drink. Hi blew in machine and it was 0.00.He said I had to be on meth.I told him I didn't even know what meth looked like. He said my eyes were jumpy.i told him I was hurt and EMTs told him I needed to go to ER. He said no. He made me try to do field sobriety which I failed miserablely cause I was having little seizures .I to him I wanted a blood test. He said I would get one but he arrested me anyway. I told him my bones were broken and he said to deal with it. He cuffed me behind my back and took me to jail. Cuffs were on my wrists where I had 2 broken bones and 2 broken ribs. It took hours to go for blood test and even longer to take me back to same hospital for broken bones. My kids couldn't find me three days and county doesn't give seizure meds right away. So I stressed about have more seizures.
Of course when blood tests came back I had absolutely nothing in my system and charges were dismissed. Sad thing this cop was fired from another police dept and hired by the town I lived in . So it's not just a race thing. Like Tyler I seldom leave my house and never by myself
