It's solid. This game took everything I wanted and wished for after the first installment and said "NOPE" within the first 2 hours. Credit where credit is due, the developers took a huge risk and committed hard. Much of it sticks the landing but not all of it. Halfway through the game I found myself puzzled, some of these choices don't make any sense to me and don't fit in with the narrative of the game. One level in particular was just a drag to get through. I didnt care what I was doing and I could care less as to why, and just wanted to skip to the next cutscene. As for what really stuck with me after finishing the game was that ending cut scene. Just like the first game, this sequel takes us on a long and emotional journey, and at the end you really feel the impact of what has occurred. I really wanted to love this game, much of it I do, but much of it I don't. I feel like the developers committed too hard to certain decisions and rushed some plot points. The result, in my mind, is a solid but cluttered experience.
