This series is very well done, from special effects to voice acting, and beautiful landscapes, with beautiful visuals. If you read the original books and remember them, you will appreciate this series a lot more. If you compare to Peter Jackson's movies, many complain about the most pathetic things that were Peter Jackson's ideas that had nothing to do with the books original.. if you're new into these stories I highly recommend watching these series first and than move on to the movies, as it would be in that order to watch and understand being in chronological order. As we head into the future most people are becoming less thankful and more biased.. it's sad. We are very lucky we even have what we have today compared to 100 years ago.. chill and enjoy:)
