I am really into this book! I was looking for authors to check out and recently saw American Fiction (which is based off one of his books) - Excellent movie btw!
Anyway, I'm a geek, and a Bond fan and I thought I'd take this one for a spin. I did the audio book.
It's a geek's dream, and his humor is awesome! The book reminds me of Craig Ferguson's authoring style - kind of surrealistic humor. Give it a shot!

It was incredible... as one who lived through this era and was influenced by Calvary Chapel, i truly enjoyed it.
A few liberties taken for dramatic license, but overall I was thrilled! I was back in there early 70s in a movement that rocked our whole family...
