The main actors in this are the same as in this director's previous film, Poor Things, and they are excellent actors. The script for Kinds of Kindness is just as, um, quirky.... but in an emotionally abusive, bloody and cruel way. A few attempts at humor were misplaced. I assume it was in 3 separate acts, but I could only stomach 2, as I couldn't see how a third act could possibly have any redemptive value. But I hope I'm wrong. Ick.
