Many of the reveiws that offer 1 star only shows the division and nature of those who cannot resist change and understand the context of what this show offers. Yes, racism does play a large part too as far as many of the negative reviews go! Facts. This show does offer a different perspective, with action and excellent role playing that many of the actresses and actors offer to condition their audience with fantastic, alternate turns that keep you on the edge of your seat and wanting more! The Acolyte is one of the best action packed, event sought drama/action series to be brought to the screen. The light saber and Force power sequences are pretty remarkable with a cast to make it more realistic. It is still somewhat a typical Star Wars adventure and fantasy that emulates all if not most past Star Wars series/cinema traits. So what the heck are some here providing negative feedback for is beyond anyone's understanding! The only reason that negativity does exemplify here with regard to these so called "1" star reveiws, is only due to hate, due to a more "diverse" cast in my opinion, and no White guy lead. Folks need to really accept Diversity and Inclusion, so that maybe they can enjoy this excelling rendition of Star Wars Sci Fi ! I'd give it a 5+ if I could!
