I saw this in theaters and to be honest I don't think I would watch it again idk what it was but the lighting for the whole movie was so dark and gloomy, they took out alot of peices from the movie like the daughters of trighton song, they also took away the ending scene where Ariel comes out of the water in her sparkly dress and then the wedding, they gave it such a plain sad ending literally Ariel going away with Eric on a small boat no wedding dress no rainbow no nothing 😬. They didint give her any of the original wardrobe ,as Disney always does:/. No pink dress or original corset dress matter affect the new corset dress is what she wore for like the whole movie. Prince Eric and Ariel seemed to lack connection no spark all I saw was like middle school crush vibes 😒 I love halle but idk I feel like she didn't act as optimistic and naive as Ariel is. I think this can be a one time movie I for sure wont be watching it again :(
