The natural world is full of noise, howling winds, birds singing, waves crashing on shore, thunder, dogs howling, Trump moaning about his election loss. Yet, the blind creatures in Quiet aren't disturbed or distracted by these and are so annoyed by the sound of footsteps they go into a murderous frenzy? To enjoy the movie, the audience has to shut its ears to common sense and accept a farcical plot.
