I have Home Warranty with AHS and it’s horrible horrible horrible. They charge me $125 per month and every time they send someone $125 they do not have people to come. They send people to your home. The customer service will tell you they do not have any service for next 24 to 48 hours so you just have to wait. They sold me this warranty as a premium warranty but the service is so poor. I will expect someone will call me from their headquarters, and look at the situation. They have all the resources somewhere outside the USA and they are very, very rude. If you ask for supervisor, you will never never get any supervisor or escalation department. Please call me if you really care about your customers I have to cancel my policy.
