The premise that the US and Britain have teamed up makes no sense. If random debris is falling on the Earth landmass surface area is king. Canada is already part of the NORAD joint command (which includes space command) and is the second largest country on the planet. Teaming up with the UK in this scenario is like teaming up with Iceland. Some of their plotlines like in episode 3 make no sense from a laws of physics perspective. I think I have been watching the Expanse too much as I have become very critical of shows that don't get the science right.
