I'm often critical of movies, but must give this one 4 thumbs up! It's grand, visually splendid, and just campy enough to push the edge of funsville, but not off the edge. Suspend your disbelief, lean in and enjoy the quirkiness. When, early on, the protagonist donkey did a quick dance step, I knew I was in for something special. The bad guys are Real Bad, and the good guys are Real Good... or are they? Honestly, I could sit down and watch twice more right now, and likely enjoy it more each time. Don't miss it!
