Quite informational, but partially comprehensive. While they talked about and showed "people" coming in from the suburbs into the inner city to buy crack, they showed no devastating effects from their use, nor from the rural areas. As a former public health official, I know there were negative outcomes from those groups as well.
Data from all ethnicities would have been good to see. It appears that clearly the people of African American descent, where neighborhoods were flooded with product, bared the brunt of arrests, convictions and extended jail time, fully deserved or not.
