Ben and Erin are such lovely people and genuinely love and admire and support each other. It’s so uplifting to see a couple like that in real life. And they’re both so talented! Ben is a builder and carpenter extraordinaire and Erin is a wonderful artist and designer. I’m not at all into modern or mid century modern but even those makeovers are very appealing. My favorite is when they make over an arts and crafts house or a use cottage or farmhouse decor. I’ve never seen a miss with any of their makeovers and they’re just plain fun to watch! And it’s lovely to see them with their two adorable daughters, too.

Since binge watching Chuck a few months ago, I’ve gotten many family members to watch it and they all love it, too. It’s my new (old) favorite show! Zach Levi is the best thing about it… how adorable and charming and brilliant can one man be? And Yvonne Strahovski is perfect as his “handler” and romantic interest. Adam Baldwin has been a favorite since Firefly and is just as good as Chuck’s NSA handler, a tough guy with, as it turns out, a surprisingly good heart. And all the other cast members are perfectly matched to their characters. The writing is amazing and the blend of edge-of-your-seat spy drama and hilarious comedy is perfection. I’ve watched it all the way through several times and it never gets old!
