I loved this film. It describes the silent threat of change that affects everyone throughout our lives. We all experience the loss of livelihood as technology or societal mores shift. The rules we followed starting out change midstream and leave us adrift. What do we do now? Can we adjust to the new world without losing our principles and identity? Monte Walsh struggles with this adapt or die conflict and watches as his dearest companions succumb as progress steamrolls the Wild West.
