Its completely pay to win. Hell its pay to play now! The repair cost and ammo cost after each battle are insane. I would say you cant even play this game and make any forward progress on new vechiles unless your the best player out there and even then it will literally take years to grind out a single countrys tech tree without paying for premium accounts and vechiles. None of this even counts all the bugs in the game, laggy servers and the obvious bias towards all russian vechiles being far better then everthing else on the battle field, even though the whole world knows what a lie that is.
