Initially intrigued, I just grew more and more irritated by Alice's psychotic behaviour and the really bad writing. I can't believe that the writers thought that giving an ex £5million or stalking his daughter was somehow romantic. Also, if you are going to write the old clichéd 'race to be with the one you love' scene, don't have him racing so he doesn't miss her artificial insemination and then have them discuss at unintentionally holarious length that he 'should have come' ' I wanted you to come' ' you should have asked me to come' Beyond terrible.
