Britain's 'Fargo'.... and about time. I have no idea what the complaints are about?! We all thought it was fantastic! I also don't know why Tarantino is being dragged into it?...it didn't remind me of anything Tarantino has done and there's nothing like 'Tarantino blood' in it or I'd probably still be laughing. (Django!... now that's Tarantino blood!)) And all the 'gratuitous' violence?.... There isn't any,..... [SPOILER] It's a story about a haul of cocaine and the people who own it wanting it back from the people who half inched it,....there will be violence..... and you should expect it! WE can't wait for another series/season, I bet there are different boat stories all over Britain and the world! We love all Jack and Harry Williams work and this is no exception. Well done to all involved!!!!

The Conjuring Franchise is over for us. This and 'The Devil made me do it' were so different, they've completely lost the atmosphere and suspense needed for a decent creepy movie, there was none in this and it was nothing like the first one which was dark, moody and creepy as hell, this one has too many side characters and too many side stories, not nearly enough VALAK or it's history (which we want more of) and a completely different feel altogether, maybe when we see James Wan back in the lead we'll try again.

I sneaked into the cinema at the age of 14 to see the original and I remember there being 2 ambulances outside the theatre and religious people boycotting it. On that evening I discovered why the 18 X Certificate existed,... I was disturbed for months. This has not disturbed me in the slightest. Remove all thought of the original from your mind as it is absolutely nothing like it, however, as a movie without that HUGE Title it would be ok. I doubt anything could beat the original in it's day or any other day come to think of it.

I love an Insidious movie and this wrapped everything up nicely!. ........ for now. I did miss the 'regulars' in it although the cast were, as always, excellent.

Being a massive James Wan fan and the whole Conjuring Universe diehard we found this one a quite weak follow up to the first and second Conjuring movies. I personally found no horror,... no suspense and a quite corny at times version of a story based on truth, we actually found ourselves laughing at the 'horror' instead of being creeped out as we usually do but hey that's just us, maybe I've burned out but to me it lacked the whole 'Conjuring' feeling entirely. I did notice a change up in the production and direction since the last two so it could possibly be that I'm sensing and noticing that but I just didn't think it felt anything like the other 2 It is great to bring back the Ed & Lorraine Warren casebook stories as they are very very interesting and Vera Farmiga & Patrick Wilson are excellent at portraying them so we will look forward to the next chapter either way as we own the entire Conjuring Universe (and the side pieces!) :p It's enjoyable but we would like to be creeped out a little more with the next one please.
