Jennifer Garner is as usual so likeable and also hard working as an actor that we follow her and root for her and follow, even as the formula is uninventive. Some of the flights are well done, but pacing and story around them are not. The film does not know whether it is superhero, super agent (like Taken films), or realistic though improbable empowered woman -graphic novel, or live action. Co--stars and secondary characters are weak except lead 2 cops, but they have little script, weak direction or filming.
