Just finished watching all episodes of Season One. I was fascinated by the skills of the master glass blowers, but the results of the show left me disappointed. I don't think the artists should be given more credit for their story behind the art than for their skill, or lack thereof. The art should speak for itself, and not be "hyper-sexualized" to try to make something of what is not. Janoust (spelling?) was clearly the far more gifted glass-blower and should have won the prize. I thought Deborah should have been eliminated at least three times before the last episode, and so did the others watching with me. I hope season two has a better outcome.
