Great actors...but a failed movie. Could not understand the point of the angel interacting with his angry, bitter girlfriend...he could tell the others he was dead/an angel, but when she talked about a future together he could not tell her the reason why there could not be one? Made no sense. Same for the important interchange between Fannie and Angel Levine in Hebrew with no translation. And found the ending absolutely pointless. Apparently the original story at least had a happy ending, but whomever decided on the movie script wanted to make some other point, but failed abysmally.
