If I could leave no stars I would. Okay so just leaving this comment so it can help anyone else and avoid the trouble. Never again will I book to this airline. I wanted to cancel my flight and when after finally 3hrs on the phone with the customer service was advices that i could cancel my flight and was going to have a cancellation fee for my refund. So I went ahead and canceled and to my surprise that i was misinformed and due to me canceling my flight I forfeited my refund. Contacted customer service again for another 3 hrs on the phone till someone finally pick up to tell me that there was nothing I could do. Previously went to the airport to try and cancel or change my flight and was advised to go online and to complete my request. DO NOT BOOK FROM HERE!!!
