I have observed aged care from a family member and having a husband that worked in the industry I found this totally unrealistic absolutely impractical and if they think adding 3 dollar a meal to the 11 dollars a day per resident without totally overworking a stressing out and most importantly respecting the staff that earn 23 dollars an hour I was amazed that the cost of importing specialist staff wasn’t considered The cost of washing coloured table cloths The fact that most residents can’t serve themselves I was so disappointed with the performance We need to make great changes so we have more staff more funding Without they nothing changes Money for food is one thing money for staff is the must important Pathetic and worst series I’ve ever seen
