I would hope that perhaps the show could be picked up by one of the many cable networks. If no one has considered this before, perhaps the shows of the season that was aired could be made into a DVD (which I would stand in line to buy) and the funds be used to produce enough of the second season to give another network an incentive to continue the series, which I and many others would love to see.
