Absolutely worth watching if you are a fan of adult fantasy storytelling in general, the books the series is based on, or the games that brought the world of The Witcher into homes and the consciousness of the gaming public. Yes, there are some episodes that are far better than others and the storytelling, special effects and general tone have definite ups and downs but OVERALL a good start that makes me excited for season two. A special shout out to the three leads who all do excellent work here, and the fact that characters other than the male lead get major time devoted to the development of their backstories and motivations.
