The first 2-3 episodes were really good and then it fell off hard. Started off like a smart , high-budget sci-fi drama.. and then quickly just turned into generic Americanized show.. politically correct casting, fashionable issues and ideas.. ... too many emotional issues as plot points. The flashbacks , and gaming headset were also some of the most interesting parts.. and the show quickly finished with all that. It seems like there are tons of plot holes too but maybe they'll be covered in a potential future season?
