If I could give this album 10 stars, I would. The difference between listening to every other music in the world and listening to this album is like the difference between watching an old 16" black and white TV and watching a giant iMax in vivid technicolor. I've never heard so many variations of texture, rhythm, harmony, emotion, and sonic ear candy on one album. I love how he keeps growing and changing with each new album. This has a more modern, poppy feel than some of his previous stuff, and also mixes in plenty of R&B and gospel vibes, as well as everything else under the sun! Jacob Collier is a creative mastermind who has an infectious joyous spirit and a love for music. His boundless imagination and kind and curious disposition are what I love best about him. He has changed the paradigm of music. I firmly believe he is the next momentous milestone marker in the timeline of music history, right after The Beatles.
