the love and care exhibited by Francis and his staff for the deceased, the family and each other is incredible.....we should all be so lucky to receive such treatment when the time comes for us.....I particularly enjoyed seeing the cultural differences and the humor but most of all, the passion with which they do their job and the respect they offer the deceased and the family. I hope there are more episodes to come.
