Sayee – Google

This is a political romance cdrama. I don’t think it focused much on romance. Nevertheless it has a good story line. The male lead didn’t have many colours to his character. There could have been better acting by the female lead. I think the best acting was done by the villain. Perfect face which says “I’m too pretty to be a villain”. It keeps you wanting to hope for a better end for the villain but you can clearly see through it. Give it a try if you can turn blind eyes to the female lead’s acting.

This is the best k drama I have watched so far in 2024. No sloppy writing every second was interesting and kept you wanting more of it. At the end of every episode there is a cliff hanger. So you can’t help but spend the whole week thinking about the upcoming episode. Now that the show has come to an end, I miss it. It isn’t too intense, it’s funny, crazy and mind boggling. There is little bit romance in the later episodes. I’m glad the show makers didn’t make it a romance drama at the end. Great acting by the cast. This is probably park shinhye’s best work. Actors portrayed as the villain/criminals in each episode were great too. I hope this drama bags good amount of awards.
