We stayed at Cool Change also and the owner is completely unstable. We are extremely responsible guests who took excellent care of Rodney's property and were looking forward to repeat stays as the location is great!!. However after leaving the owner used relentless bullying tactics to force us to pay for fabricated damages to his floors that was clearly old wear and tear and visible on photos of the flooring when he purchased the property. This host is so unstable and threatening that we were close to reporting him to the authorities. Luckily Airbnb saw through his scam...but BEWARE, if you stay at this property ensure you take photos of EVERYTHING, even the floors that are hidden under rugs and furniture. Honestly the stress he caused is just not worth the stay.
