Life changing book. Give me more understanding towards true meaning of peaceful life. Teach me how to live in present moment and be with yourself. Meditation of walking mindfulness is so much important in our life. Mindfulness of breathing and breathing out is make you so much peaceful and calm. I want to read again and again. I think it’s a way to live life. I am so grateful for him to share so much simple and wonderful life in the book. It’s very practical to do also.
