I skipped past this film multiple times thinking that it wasn’t for me … how wrong was I! Excellent movie, a tiny bit slow at first and had me thinking that my initial judgement was correct but very glad that I didn’t switch off. I very rarely leave reviews but this film made me feel that I needed to.

An overwhelming sense of something missing, I found it very difficult to get emotionally invested in the protagonist despite some great acting by Rosamund. Best and most believable character in the film, by far, is played by Dianne Wiest.
