I am not a big fan of K-drama, but this one became mine favourite. 20 episodes are worth every second to me. This 1988 reply series will take you to rides of emotions. I didn't even realise when did I started living with them 😊 They grew up together and this drama tells their story focusing on 5 families, with a particular emphasis on the year 1988. You get everything that you look for in a drama. Love, friendship, parenthood, it is very very heartwarming, funny and so perfectly complete in one package. I really love all casts, they perfectly picture the stories really well. Not even one second I feel bored when watching it 🤍🤍 The adult lead Bora, Deok Suna, taek are shown but sun-woo is only a voice on the cellphone. What happened to the parents? all of these families the oldest was mi ran and according to the time line she would have been 77 years old. Also what happened to the others from the group and their family? The ending was not very warm..I expected more 🥺 it did not explain any of this. Though I'm still expecting a 2nd season & I feel sad for Kim Jung Hwan 😔
