The continuation of the classic Naruto series couldn't have been done better. Shippuden brought out the characters of Naruto to life, gave them in depth story and a reason to fight, which made me tear up so much at times. This show made me cry, this show made me laugh, this show made me frustrated soo many times (especially when dealing with a certain someone who still refuses to come back home to Konoha) and after finishing 700+ eps I found myself wanting for more. The connections Naruto makes as you watch him grow up from a lonely boy sitting on a swing to a hero of the village makes you feel like a proud parent watching their kid grow up. Naruto really has matured from that silly boy who used to annoy people with his pranks. Although he still cracks me up with his unexpected tactics. Although the fillers can get a bit laggy at times, as long as you 2x watch through them, I don't really think they're ought to be a problem. But the canon series? Watch em in 1x. They're that good and they're bound to leave an impression stuck in your minds forever.

(spoilers)Very well written and amazing animation. Amazing, how they built up the suspense in the first half of the story and then revealed the facts all too perfectly at the end, balancing the perfect storyline. The ending makes you feel bad for the shiki itself, even though they were the ones who started all the mess in the first place. The doctor (Ozaki) and the monk's (Muroi)storyline was the best in the series. Their relationship and their different opinions about the shiki, which made them take their own separate paths at the end The animation reminds me of code geass animated series and I wonder whether they have the same animators. Anyway for a vampire themed anime, this was one of the best I had watched.
