Economy is highly predatory to players and slows progression to a snails pace. Technical issues take a long time to be fixed if they're addressed at all, and game modes are extremely rudimentary and outdated for a decade old game. They say they want feedback kept to their forums but posts which are critical of the game or their greedy business practices have a high likelihood of simply getting deleted.
