Everyone said this was great. Each to his own. Marvel have milked the teat of creative ideas dry. The scenes where he wrangles with Dr Strange were cut and pasted from the Dr Strange movie. Apart from being nauseating that bit was nap time boring. Aunt May’s death was hollow, badly acted and dragged out longer than the end credits. It was nice to get all the spiders and bad guys together for a big rumble, but it all felt the same as every other marvel film. The best bits were the ones with Ned, MJ and Peter. Now they don’t know who he is. Flat ending that didn’t need to be that way. I think Marvel is the new James Bond. Churn out movies that the faithful will love. A few good bits, a few funny bits but pretty much same old same old.

You only get one chance to make a good impression. First episode was a plate of cold tripe. I watched 5 minutes of the second and quit. The first episode of a show should drag you in, like with Stranger Things or Loki. A boring sitcom that lacks humour totally missed the mark. Black and white sucked the last bit of oxygen from the room. I really wanted to enjoy this for my kids sake but I couldn’t sit through it. No stars.
