I think the ending could have been different, like his looks always killed people and Alex has a bad heart condition, I really thought the boy would have donated his heart to save Alex because his looks killed people but in the end instead of Killing, saving is something he would have done with Alex waking up to the room filled with the French girl stitches and others.
