I'm a big fan of the Predator movies and was really looking forward to this. The era, the landscapes and the acting were excellent however.... I thought the Predator itself was clumsy, and some of the effects weren't that good. A few of the set pieces were lifted from films like the Wolfman (the hunters and the pit trap for instance). I'll give it another couple of watches and see how I get on. I did enjoy it but think they could have done better.
