I think the movie theme is excellent. It depicts the dominance of a misconstrued egotistic representation of self independence and high superiority complex. Realisation dawns but it is too late and that fact should have been more exemplified. Moreover not much of instances showing relationships between step mother and daughter to cement gaps in between them which could add to the convincing of the viewers.
