I wanted to love this series so bad, but I can barely keep watching it. The visuals/set are probably the good things about this series. All the scenes are bland, acting/emotions look so forced, yea they're kids but I don't think that's an excuse. The movies were better, the casting was better, it was more interesting and fun. I didn't like the sea of monsters much, but the lightning thief was great. Gabe was just a completely different person from the books, Grover is too wimpy, Chiron does not have the same vigor, he's just old and wise here and why the hell is the Minotaur wearing a comical underwear? Dionysus and Clarisse were the only character I enjoyed here.

Small jokes, a lot of dancing, a lot of dialogues on patriarchy and women empowerment The execution could've been so much better. The message the movie projects for each person to be standing up for themselves and the struggles that women face are clearly put through, but that's just the thing, they're just being thrown in your face. If this was intended as a kids movie, it's fun, that's about it.

I just fell in love with this anime. Yes, it is really creepy regarding some things, but once you get used to it, the bond over drool, you'll be able to appreciate the beauty about each of their actions. Even if it's just 13 episodes, the world they're in pulled me in so much, throughout the series I felt like I was a part of that world too. I could keep on watching more episodes on this forever. That beautiful, aesthetic animation, along with the blissful sounds in each scene really got to me. The scenery, the parks, the evening vibe, I loved it. And even the school environment really got me nostalgic about my own school days. I also commend how the creators truly captured the emotional feelings of Tsubaki-kun especially ( or boys at that age ) when going through that age phase and whilst in a relationship. I think this is a really good anime, but it might not be for everyone. There's certainly a lot of illogical stuff too, but it works for me at least.

Sheds a lot of light on the bullying mentality seen in our society. It shows the challenges differently abled people have to go through in society, as well as the people along with them. The character development and beautiful animations are all throughout carried out well. The movie really brings to light the degrading mindset of many commonly seen people in our society and it also shows one how to accept all kinds of people without bias, by not just thinking from one's own perspective. A must watch movie indeed!
