Some shows bring the best of of people. And others being the worst or of of people. This show is the latter one. I suggest to boycott this show. As it promotes quarreling over petty issues. And also it had a negative effect on the society. People watching too much big boss think it's alright/normal in day to day life to fight and attention seeking people are idolised.
