Jordyn Walston

I loved watching this movie. It accurately depicted the horrors that happen within the black church and the plights of black womanhood. The funny movie mastered the art of storytelling through a way that was both funny, thought provoking, at times cringy and impactful. I left feeling shaken up by the raw performances of Regina and Sterling. They both deserve all of the awards for captivating an audience for majority of the film by themselves. Those that critique the film due to the scandal involved would benefit from taking a good look into their own church politics and history to examine why they felt triggered. Kudos to production and all of team involved in creating this film.
