This is quite possibly, the greatest book I have ever read, when it comes to self-improvement and understanding cognitive functionality.
Thinking does disrupt so much in life that we can experience in the present moment.
"Non-thinking" has honestly changed me, and I've only practiced it for a little over a day after finishing this book.
I'll read this book every once in a week, because I want to reinforce this knowledge into my mind.
It does dabble on spirituality a lot but, I don't mind that aspect of this book at all, because the general message it gets across is wonderful.
Overall 10/10 book, I will always read it until the day I die.
