This movie seemed like a based on some truth disinformation campaign. I pay attention to the "mood setting" theatrics of any kind of film or documentary (such as the ominous music played during the clip from the 2016 election outcome). The title itself is theatrical due to the obvious attempt to correlate it with the tragedy of 911. I cannot reasonably accept this as an educational film due to it's obvious attempt to influence the political position of the audience. This leaves me with only one question. Is Russia truly to blame for all of the disinformation campaigns, or has it become a trend (first with social media, then main stream media, and now documentaries)?
