The story in these games is phenomenal and I think the series has a perfect mixture of humor and serious moments. The options are funny with how random they can be. And oh GOD the characters. I think all of the characters are well-written and play a good role in the story. The fact that the games even make you care about side characters (example: the guy who had a family and set off the dark matter ball). Again, the games are pretty silly, but also know how to be serious when need be. That alone makes it a pretty good series, but that added with the other things in these games are what really make it a great series with a possible long-lasting impact on people. Which is another thing. The games make you actually care about the characters and the story isn't too all over the place to be too random. The bios also show that they took the time to give even the side characters at least a name. Overall, the series has good humor, an amazing story, and phenomenal characters. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who hasn't seen it who is ok with the silly humor.
