If you like hackers whispering in your ear about Diddy parties after they grab you, then this game is for you.

Silent Hill 2 is the darkest most melancholy Jacob's Ladder like nightmare I've ever played. The game is beautifully horrific when it comes to graphics. I love the streamlined controls but does take away from the tension at some points, however the game makes up for it by adding content and enemies in new nook and crannies just to surprise the veterans of the original. I love how the development team are able to do callbacks to the original game (I won't spoil for you) but there has been some quality of life changes to the game and it's very much appreciated. The story will leave you with an uneasy feeling as the town acts like an amplification of our "protagonist's" insanity, guilt, and delusions. Try playing this game while depressed, and it will leave you wanting to go outside for sunlight and grass touching lol

The movie really fleshes out the symbolism of having the courage to safeguard the future. This hero's journey about a cowardice kamikaze pilot in WW2 and how the universe unfolded to give him the opportunity to go up against the monster in redemption. Very inspiring film and I feel like Godzilla is a symbol of failure after WW2 and overcoming an almost invincible monster as a country really does inspire us to keep moving forward and never to fear death if it means safeguarding a future worth saving.
